Nasaline Nasal Irrigator
Do you have recurring sinus trouble? I do. I've tried neti pots, but they are a simple gravity feed that often does not seem to do the job. After casting about for a Waterpik and a nasal irrigation tip, and discovering that all such devices seem to break down rapidly, I came across the Nasaline. Under $18 shipped, it lets you rinse and hydrate your sinuses, and is essentially a two-ounce syringe with a big silicon tip. It's not as bad as it sounds, and can provide a lot of relief. These things are much bigger than they look, and have a perfect tip for sealing off the targeted nostril. Be sure and make an isotonic solution to use with it, to make it more comfortable and make it work better: 8 ounces warm water, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Makes enough for four uses (two in each nose hole).
